Responsibilities & Context:

1. Identify and approach potential buyers for residential flats and properties

2. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations

3. Generate leads through field visits, referrals, online platforms, and cold calling

4. Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales

5. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management

6. Assist clients throughout the entire purchasing process including documentation and payment

7. Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

8. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the management team

9. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handover of properties
