∎ Holding a minimum of a Master’s Degree, PhD preferred in the areas of public health, economic programming, social entrepreneurism, and other program development
∎ Fluency in technology, office programs, written/oral Bangla and English
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a motivated and dynamic female candidate, based in Dhaka or Sylhet, to fill the post of the FIVDB USA Program Manager. She will report to the FIVDB USA Senior Program Manager and other FIVDB admin based in BD and the USA. Interested female candidates are requested to apply for the position:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be responsible for:
∎ -developing communications for media and other program dissemination, which includes written pieces and taking photographs
∎ -developing grant proposals
∎ -overseeing FIVDB USA signature programs in the field in the areas of refugee support, women’s empowerment, social entrepreneurism, and climate change
∎ -developing reports on programs, including descriptive statistics and basic program monitoring and evaluation
∎ -travel to field sites around the nation, as well as internationally
∎ -delivering captivating and dynamic oral presentations regarding FIVDB and major programs, nationally and internationally
∎ -developing dynamic and captivating presentations on FIVDB programs
∎ -hosting donors who based internationally or nationally
∎ -attending weekly meetings based on international timings
∎ -communication in spoken and written English and Bangla
∎ -other activities pertaining to funding, communications and media, communication with the FIVDB USA team, and program FIVDB development in Bangladesh
∎ -attending networking events in Bangladesh and internationally with funders
∎ -attending meetings in the evening with the USA team
∎ -Any other duties as assigned by the FIVDB authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
∎ Depending on qualification, experience, willingness and ability, remuneration will be negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
