∎ Manage and process visa applications for First World countries (e.g., Europe, Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.).
∎ Communicate fluently with clients in English, both written and verbal.
∎ Handle client inquiries, consultations, and document follow-up
∎ Actively promote and sell visa-related services
∎ Work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
