∎ Minimum Graduation from any reputed institution.
∎ Six months Fire Safety Manager Courser from Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defense is mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Fire Safety Officer in HR, Admin & Compliance department for the Garments Factory.
∎ Job location will be South Salna, Gazipur.
∎ Ensure fire safety for the workplace areas as per Accord Standards & Guidelines.
∎ Checking Fire equipment such as Smoke detectors, fire hydrant, fire doors, firefighting apparatus, etc. regularly.
∎ Monitoring Fire Fighting and rescuer teams and conducting external and internal fire-related training.
∎ Conduct regular fire drills and emergency evacuation drills to aware employees of any emergency incidents.
∎ Identifies probable fire hazard areas and takes preventive measures on an urgent basis.
∎ Maintain liaison with the fire service authority.
∎ Fire security measures must be tightened up as per the direction of the management.
∎ Sensitive areas must be checked regularly.
∎ Coordinate training regularly on Fire, Safety, and Security for all workers and employees.
∎ Maintain discipline in all production areas regarding Fire Prevention, Safety & Security.
∎ Monitor, Review, and check regularly all types of Fire Instruments.
∎ Prepare the factory for Fire Safety and Security requirements and issues as per the Fire License.
∎ Must be knowledgeable on the installation of Panel Board System Fire Alarm, Smoke Detector as well as Complete Fire Hydrant System.
∎ Prepare reports regularly on Fire, Safety & Security to the top management.
∎ Ensure all Fire Safety & Security personnel are in the right order and perform their duties as per the requirement.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
