Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline; BBA / MBA in Marketing, preferred

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete the mandatory training and certification as per company norms and in compliance with regulation of Insurance Act.
∎ Meet new Customers, identify needs and propose new based solutions.
∎ To achieve the monthly Goal Sheet in terms of all parameters and ensure Quarterly & Yearly achievement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Experience: One year sales experience is preferred; Fresher's can also apply.
∎ Language proficiency: Written & verbal communication skill in Bangla and English
∎ Proficiency in computer skill for Ms office: atleast Email & Smart Phone readiness.
∎ Understanding of the City based Operation with sound networking skills with people in the middle & upper income strata of the Society.
∎ Effective Communication Skills & pleasing personality.
