∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Audit/ Investigation, Fraud risk management, Investigative Reporting

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Locate and contact the accused person to inquire of their payment status.
∎ Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
∎ Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
∎ Update account status and database regularly.
∎ Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding amounts overdue.
∎ Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
∎ Alert superiors of an accused person unwilling or unable to pay when necessary.
∎ Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.
∎ Maintain statistics on recoveries.
∎ Using knowledge and initiative to reach amicable solutions to settle the amount.
