Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Cost & Management Accounting
∎ Graduation from renowned university.
∎ CA certified will be highly preferred.

∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze financial data and derive trends in key performance indicators including revenue, cost of sales, expenses & capital expenditures etc. at the business level to support CFO in making decision.
∎ Support all Businesses with all financial calculations for structuring of new business deals, conducting financial due diligence at the business level as and when required.
∎ Ensure business-level working capital requirements to ensure timely availability of funds for business operations.
∎ Guide Corporate Finance team for consolidation of financial planning at an organization level.
∎ Highlight variances in product costs, if any, to the Business Head as well as Corporate Finance team to enable prompt decision-making and corrections.
∎ Approve payments against all accounts payable invoices to support Corporate Finance team for timely disbursal of payments.
∎ Manage Bad debt report of the businesses as shared by the Corporate Finance & Accounts team and ensure regular follow-ups are done for credit recovery
∎ Provide requisite details to the Corporate Finance & Accounts team for the purpose of preparation of Accounts, conduct of Statutory and Internal Audit, filing of tax returns etc.
∎ Oversee monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts of all businesses.
∎ Manage financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.
∎ Lead the budgeting exercise for the businesses, ensure timely and thorough preparation of budgets for all departments.
∎ Monitor adherence to the sanctioned budget for the Business Clusters.
∎ Responsible for preparation of MIS reports for submission to Top Management.
∎ Ensure capability development of self and team by identifying training needs and nominating them for the training programs.
∎ Conduct formal performance assessment for the team and provide performance and developmental feedback.
∎ Assist the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
