Educational Qualification:
BBA/MBA in Finance & Accounting from a reputed university.
Professional qualifications, i.e., CA/ ACCA/ CMA will be an added advantage.
Professional Experience:
Minimum 7- 8 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in FMCG/ Logistics organizations will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise the accounting department to ensure the proper functioning of accounting system, databases and financial software.
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data for Business units, investors and the company’s board of directors.
Oversee the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements.
Oversee the compliance of the regulatory requirements along with timely filing of all tax returns.
Ensure financial control and procedures to safeguard company assets.
software implementation and tools for budgeting and forecasting.
Developing and managing budgets, financial forecasts, and performance reports by division.
Review and analyze monthly financial results and provide recommendations.
Manage cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability on time.
Identifying and assessing financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Liaising with external auditors during the audit process.
Represent company to banks, financial partners and maintain strategic alliances with business partners.
