Job Context:

∎ This position will be purely contractual for 4 months.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and prepare all kinds of financial statements. payment update excel sheet maintain & update regularly
∎ Prepare Salary & Bonus sheet.
∎ Prepare Vat tax challan
∎ Maintain Vat tax related work
∎ Monitor Financial (Bank) statement maintain that.
∎ Monitor cash budget and expenditure.
∎ Client communication for payment collection.
∎ Maintain Supplier list & communicate with them if needed
∎ Prepare and Maintain Financial Data monthly basis
∎ Need to check claim & clear payment
∎ Maintain and Prepare Voucher Checked every bill & clear all payment procedure
∎ Arrange Rent-A-Car for audit & business meeting purpose
∎ Must go outside for payment collection
∎ Others work assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Apply only those candidates who want to work dedicatedly
∎ Computer literacy specially MS word and Tally Software
∎ The person should have knowledge in accounts, Tax and vat work
∎ Ready to work under pressure
∎ Fluent in Bangla and English both verbal and written communication.
