Responsibilities & Context:

·         Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 17020:2012 and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards.

·        Promote quality awareness and ensure compliance with laboratory standards and regulations.

·        Manage corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities.

·        Oversee equipment calibration and maintenance for accurate and reliable test results.

·        Conduct internal audits and management reviews to evaluate QMS effectiveness.

·        Maintain document control systems and ensure proper record management.

·        Ensure laboratory safety and environmental regulatory compliance.

·        Prepare testing, calibration, and inspection reports as per standards.

·        Provide technical support for environmental and laboratory projects.

·        Supervise laboratory staff, training, and performance in line with quality policies.
