Educational Requirements:
∎ At least have Bachelor degree in Accounting and/or Finance, but MBA in Finance will add value.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the project finance to ensure day to day operational needs, which is implemented by partner organization at Cox's Bazar office in collaboration with project team members of partner organization along with technical, policy and compliance guidance by the Regional Finance and Service Manager.
∎ Responsible to maintain day to day financial operation, to do daily basis accounting, recording and bank reconciliation at the end of month.
∎ With the guidance of Advisor - Government Relation and Compliance, assist the Regional Finance and Service Manager in making the financial report for donor, NGO Affairs Bureau, Head Office and external audit.
∎ HELVETAS Cox's Bazar Regional Office Programme is administered efficiently and effectively ensuring proper adherence to HELVETAS policies and regulations

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 -5 years of working experience in development sector at Local and/or International NGOs.
∎ Knowledge about Project Accounting, Auditing, Program budget planning, Procurement, and Logistics.
∎ Experience in office administration will be added value for the position.
∎ Excel, word, power point and financial management software.
∎ Working experience in Cox's Bazar will be an advantage.
∎ Fluent in English, Bengali native speaker, Chittagonian desirable.
∎ Honest, professional and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Self-motivated and willing to visit field.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 70000 - 90000 (Monthly)
∎ 12 months initial contract with Salary range BDT. 70,000/- to 90,000/-
