∎ ACCA, CMA, CA (Intermediate), MBA Finance & Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role of the position includes but not limited to the following functions:
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly management accounts & reports
∎ Prepare annual budget, revise and monitor
∎ Control receivable/payables
∎ Forecast cash flow
∎ Ensure & monitor job initiation & completion and control job costing
∎ Ensure purchase orders, purchase invoices & sales invoices processed
∎ Reconcile bank accounts monthly
∎ Process & submit VAT returns, Tax returns, JSC returns
∎ Help in annual audit completion
∎ Update, introduce & implement financial systems and procedures
∎ Prepare competitive financial proposals for customers / tenders
∎ Control fixed assets
∎ General office administration
∎ Correspondence and contact with customers, suppliers & banks

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be passionate, driven and have desire to succeed
∎ Present financial reports in a simple manner to non financial customers and company employees
∎ Demonstrate sound commercial awareness
∎ Resilience and ability to work under pressure
∎ Exceptional attention to detail
∎ Proficiencies in job related computer skills including MS Office, Tally, Quickbooks (desired) & payroll software
∎ Excellent organisational skills
∎ Excellent administrative skills
∎ Ambition and self-motivation
∎ Minimum 5 years accounting & financial management experience
∎ Must have recent experience in preparing management accounts, VAT & Tax returns
∎ Experience in managing similar business accounts would be beneficial
