Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly cash flow and communicate with concern authority for liquidate cash in bank as per requirements
∎ Maintain impress petty cash systems for project office in line with org policy
∎ Handling all kinds of banking transaction independently
∎ Generate Report using Accounting software
∎ Ensure safety and security of cash and bank book in project office
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports for donor and head office in line with IFRS
∎ Finalize the audit accounts for EYfW project
∎ Facilitate internal and external audit and handling all quarries from others
∎ Prepare compliance checklist and orient to staff to ensure at different level
∎ Review all documents in line with eligible cost criteria
∎ Ensure VAT and Tax at sources as revised financial act and update the VAT and Tax
∎ Prepare the logistics plan monthly, quarterly and annually
∎ Maintain all process of Vendors enlistment, framework agreement with support to procurement committee and central team
∎ Support to procurement committee to taking decision in line with policy and compliance
∎ Assist to Project coordinator to ensure safety and security of project office
∎ Coordination with Bank, all staff , donor, other organization, auditor, own organization
∎ Update inventory and stock register through accounting systems and manually
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in development sector in financial and logistic activities;
∎ Experience in maintaining books of accounts, cash and bank management, financial report and audit, compliance management and logistics Management;
∎ Experience to work with any accounting software (ACCPAC/Tally)
∎ Skilled in budgeting, budget monitoring and review of project expenses;
∎ Proficiency in computer, Microsoft office programs (Word, excel, PowerPoint) and email communication are essential;
∎ Sound and prompt in different program reporting as well as reconciliation of Financial Re-post against program achievement;
∎ Clear concept on different procurement/ payment procedure.
Salary: Tk. 25661 (Monthly)
