* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business (B.Com/BBA)* Professional certification (CA – complete or part-qualified) will be given preference* 7–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role (Accounts Manager/Head of Accounts)* Prior experience in manufacturing, distribution, or F&B/retail sectors will be an advantage* Strong expertise in accounting, financial management, taxation, compliance, and budgeting* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applicationsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive and negotiable, based on qualifications, experience, and overall competency
Responsibilities & Context:
* Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal control systems
* Lead financial management, MIS reporting, and cost optimization initiatives
* Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including VAT, income tax, TDS, and other regulatory obligations
* Manage company secretarial functions, including RJSC filings, board meeting documentation, and annual returns
* Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
* Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
* Provide financial insights and risk assessments to support strategic decision-making
