Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the complete procurement to ensure timely & cost-effective procurement of raw materials, ensuring best quality raw materials at store as per applicable standards.
∎ Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of raw materials, to successfully manage a highly fluctuating sourcing market.
∎ Responsible for developing effective check supplier base/best vendor, maintaining efficient business relationship and conduct periodic assessment/review of supplier performance.
∎ Ensuring delivery of material to business according to plan.
∎ Ensure urgent and additional requirements delivery as per production requirement.
∎ Market analysis and collecting of various sources of supply of various types of materials sample with price quotations.
∎ Sourcing of capable suppliers ensuring effective procurement of quality materials with competitive price by way of effective negotiation and obtain management approval of each procurement.
∎ Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
∎ Should have basic computing skill (word, Excel, data entry and use ERP software)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 6 months' experience as purchasing Manager/Asst. Manager in reputed food industry. Good understanding in English both written and verbal. Good Interpersonal skill and computer literacy is a must. Preferred hard and energetic women ( Hindu, Christian and Indigenous will be given priority).

Salary: Negotiable
