Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
* Ensure compliance with tax laws, VAT regulations, and statutory requirements.
* Oversee audits and coordinate with external auditors.
* Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and internal controls.
* Provide strategic financial advice to management.
Requirements:
* Chartered Accountant qualification (CA) from a recognized professional body.
* Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience (preferably in real estate or related industries).
* Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, VAT, and corporate finance.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
