Educational Requirements:
∎ This area of work is open for only Accounting and Finance graduate from leading private or public university. Partly qualified following any of the ACCA/CFA/CA(CC) will get preference.
∎ Experience across the range of roles within a finance team will be added advantage.
∎ Ideally have experience of any ERP based financial software.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance/ Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research clients' products, services, requirements, plans, competitors and target market.
∎ Meet clients for briefings and present estimate budget proposal to meet the ongoing campaigns.
∎ Present (alongside agency Group Account Director) the campaign ideas and budget from the clients.
∎ Work with the Account Director and Account Manager to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Long hours are common and the agency employees are expected to work flexibly to meet project deadlines.
∎ Preparing payroll and disbursement according to mandatory compliances has been following Labour Law, NBR and other Government rules and regulations.
∎ Preparing paperwork and securing proper supporting documentations for clients billing and invoices.
∎ Reporting the financial information such as a break down of actual, estimated, variance, billing and invoices to the Head of Finance & Accounts as a supporting of preparing financial statements.
∎ Recognizing the actual expenses while disbursing any payments in favour of agency office and field force.
∎ Willingness to field visit as per agency and clients need.

∎ Core Skills And Competencies :
∎ Knowledge in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, IAS and ISA.
∎ Proven track record for handling GL and Bookkeeping.
∎ Sound knowledge in Payroll calculation.
∎ Issues invoices and bills with necessary supporting to the clients.
∎ Sound Knowledge in cost estimates and handling Static Budget and variances for preparing agency commission.
∎ Must have IT literacy and experience of maintaining financial software.
∎ Advanced Microsoft Office is must.
