Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the smooth execution of all field-level activities, including inception meetings, training sessions, and construction/renovation of GSD centers.
∎ Facilitate homestead gardening initiative, including training facilitation, CBT activities, and agricultural input distribution.
∎ Supervise implementation of poultry farming and advanced agricultural technology (PVC pipe gardening) interventions, ensuring proper beneficiary selection, training, and material distribution.
∎ Monitor the upcycling center, ensuring aluminum wrapper collection, product Facilitate and supervise the cooking demonstration sessions, ensuring adherence to nutrition-sensitive methodologies.
∎ Support the establishment and maintenance of Green Skills Demonstration Plots.
∎ Conduct regular field visits to monitor project activities and provide technical guidance to beneficiaries.
∎ Maintain accurate records of beneficiary participation, training attendance, and cash-based transfer disbursements.
∎ Prepare and submit timely reports on project progress, challenges, and recommendations to the Project Coordinator.
∎ Coordinate with Camp-in-Charge (CiC), site management officials, and community leaders to ensure alignment with camp policies.
∎ Act as a liaison between project staff, beneficiaries, and technical teams to facilitate smooth communication.
∎ Mobilize community participation in project activities and ensure beneficiaries’ active engagement.
∎ Support volunteers engaged in waste collection for the upcycling center.
∎ Job Summary
∎ PROTTYASHI, a social development organization has been working for the development of disadvantaged population of the country since its establishment with an aim to ensure everyone to live with dignity and prosperity. PROTTYASHI reaches the community with basic needs and supports to save lives and facilitate all the people of the community to live with equal value and priority. PROTTYASHI works for the disadvantaged portion of the population in community addressing their pressing needs following the strategies contextually viable and environmentally sustainable. PROTTYASHI has been actively supporting the refugee population in the humanitarian response in Cox’s Bazar as one of the first responders since August 2017. PROTTYASHI has been vigilantly supporting these crises affected population to accomplish its promised commitment towards humanity and people in distress.
∎ To ensure improved food security for the refugee population helping them to meet nutritional requirement in an environmentally sustainable manner, PROTTYASHI is going to implement “Green skills Development” Activity of WFP Cox’s Bazar Resilience Programme in selected refugee camps. PROTTYASHI invites applications for the vacant position titled- Field Supervisor for the Project and encourages the persons enthusiastic to contribute to the increased resilience of the humanitarian crisis affected refugee population in Bangladesh. This position will be leading the field mobilization initiatives of the project along with the approaches to engage beneficiaries with the project interventions to ensure project goals and objectives are met accordingly.
∎ Reporting
∎ Field Supervisor will report to Project Officer. S/He has to maintain functional relationship with his/her peers, project teams and organization’s other priority teams. S/He must be able to communicate with other teams and units both program and operational of the organization.
∎ Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary and benefits: Monthly Gross Salary will be 43,694 BDT with contributory provident fund 2139 BDT, monthly bonus 4167 BDT and regular traveling and communication bill.
