∎ Job Summary: Prottyashi, A social development organization has been responding the Rohingya Crisis in Cox`s Bazar since the crisis started and currently is going to implement project in the host community of Cox`s Bazar to help the people improve livelihood with the funding of International Organization for Migration (IOM). Prottyashi invites applications for the vacant position titled- Field Supervisor for "Income Generation for Vulnerable Individuals (IGVI) with production of Hygiene materials" Project.
∎ Reporting: Field Supervisor will report to Project Coordinator of the project. S/He has to maintain functional relationship with his/her peers, project teams and organization`s other priority teams. S/He must be able to communicate with other teams and units both program and operational of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the community activities through field mobilization.
∎ Assist in identifying and selecting beneficiaries for the training and production of face mask.
∎ Conduct need assessment survey in the targeted community.
∎ Create profile of the beneficiaries including their present situation and expected situation.
∎ Create batches for the arrangement of training in the community.
∎ Mobilize the community people to adopt the project deliveries through active participation.
∎ Provide logistics support to the project implementation unit.
∎ Provide technical support to the beneficiaries to produce face masks.

∎ Assist in transportation of the face from the community to project offices.
∎ Assist in tracking income generation of the beneficiaries.
∎ Assist the beneficiaries in employment generation through mask production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 03 years of professional experience in Tailoring /clothing sector.
Salary:
∎ Monthly Gross Salary will be 25,000 BDT with regular traveling and communication bill.
