∎ Proven experience as a Salesman, Sales Representative, or in a similar role. (Minimum 2-3 years).
∎ Clear knowledge about facility services management.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, presentable and customer managing skills.
∎ Goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
∎ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.

∎ Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, cold-calling, and visiting potential clients.
∎ Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendor and bring out the best outcome for organization.
∎ Sales Presentations & Targets: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, demonstrating how our facility services can satisfy their unique needs to complete daily, weekly and monthly sales targets of company.
∎ Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry standards in facility management services.
∎ Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports for management, providing insights on customer needs, market observation and potential for new equipment and services.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales and a good understanding of facility management services, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
