Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving sales objective through his Sales officers' team.
∎ People development and implementation of marketing strategies and CRM.
∎ Customer relationship management and developing market intelligence.
∎ Feedback to reporting authorities regarding market develop and intelligence.
∎ Implementation of PODC as Field Manager.
∎ Keeping liaison with various customer associations and bodies etc.
∎ Organizing various educational business development programs for the stake holders etc.
∎ Proper distribution of brands and adopt techniques to reach patients and educate them.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ 1-3 years' as a First Line Manager of pharma market.
∎ Good communication and computer skills
∎ Ability to lead team towards achieving company's objective and ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
Salary: Negotiable
