Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduates/ Studying in 2nd / 3rd /final year of BBA/Honors in Business Studies, English on renowned Major Private/ Public Universities, renowned private colleges or Minimum HSC or A-Level.
Job Context:
∎ A growing health tech company is looking for product Sales & Implementation agent to implement the software product to its growing clientele managed from both pharmaceuticals and regular sales channels.
∎ Job Position: Field Sales & Implementation Executive (Dhaka, Rongpur, Bogura, Rajshahi, Dinajpur, Chittagong, Barisal)
∎ HQ Location: Lalmatia, Dhaka
∎ Work Hours: Flexible, however candidates available from 5 PM - 10 PM will be given priority
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit clients with the given details in different locations across the locations
∎ Meet with the potential clients and communicate about the product, provide demonstration, answer inquiries and solve other problems.
∎ Implement the product in Clients businesses and ensure a smooth onboarding process,
∎ Work closely with the client businesses to follow up on a regular basis, provide training, data entry services and other necessary support.
∎ Work closely with the senior management to meet the weekly sales & implementation targets,
∎ Find out any market insights from the daily visits to the clients, communicate with the management to improve business strategy, operations and processes.
∎ Maintain a good relationship with all the clients and follow up on a regular basis/demand based.
∎ Take real time feedback on the upcoming products and align the marketing, product development and tech movement with such findings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 Months-1 Year of sales and product Development experience. However, candidate with no experience are also encouraged to apply. Candidates having relevant industry experience (Healthcare or pharmaceuticals) will be given priority. Students Can apply as well for part time positions.
∎ Skills: Excellent communication skills, critical problem solving, analyzing skills, patience and persistence. Knowledge on prior software implementation and Bangla Typing will be an asset.
Salary:
∎ 10-20 K, sales commission for each visit, travel allowance & meal Allowance, performance bonus, festival bonus.
