∎ At most 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit area wise market daily and bring to the customer in our office.
∎ Onboard newly Driver.
∎ Daily Target meeting.
∎ Knowledge about the updated device.
∎ Complete day to day tasks.
∎ Follow supervisor instructions.
∎ Totally Field works with target oriented.
∎ Maintain the area wise field force and lead the team properly.
∎ Have to meet the weekly and monthly Target.
∎ Meet the KPI
∎ Train the field-force team and motivate them whether they can easily understand their daily tasks.
∎ Clearly Communicate the value of Carbangla and its product or service.
∎ Visit The market daily.
∎ Day to day report.
∎ Have to have sound knowledge on Microsoft Excel.
∎ Overcome any challenge to grow business goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
