To support its continuous growth, we`re looking for a committed & performance driven candidate who will do the following responsibilities-
Plan and execute experiment-wise seed arrangement, seedbed preparation, and seeding as per research protocols.
Manage seedbeds and field plot layouts, ensuring proper transplanting and scientific accuracy.
Perform intercultural operations including irrigation, weeding, and crop management for healthy plant growth.
Prepare plants for crossing, emasculation, and pollination to support effective hybridization programs.
Collect accurate field data on crop growth, yield, and performance, maintaining proper research records.
Oversee plot-wise harvesting, drying, and safe seed storage to preserve genetic purity and quality.
Coordinate with scientists and research teams to ensure alignment of field operations with project goals.
