Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Credit Recovery, Field Recovery
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Locate and contact the accused person to inquire of their payment status
∎ Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
∎ Investigate and resolve discrepancies
∎ Update account status and database regularly
∎ Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding amounts overdue
∎ Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
∎ Alert superiors of an accused person unwilling or unable to pay when necessary
∎ Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
∎ Maintain statistics on recoveries
∎ Using knowledge and initiative to reach amicable solutions to settle the amount.
