∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in in similar position in NGO/INGO,
∎ Have motivation to stay at Upazilla level and work with Migrants, community peoples, GoB departments, civil Society, NGO and development partners
∎ Working experience with migration related projects will add value.
∎ Excellent computer skills in word, excel and internet using is an advantage
∎ Strong report writing skills in English. Bangla typing skill is most needed.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support project implementation as per the operational guidelines.
∎ Support selection of the project areas such as Upazila, Union, and Schools in Faridpur, and Shariatpur district(s).
∎ Support the selection and establishment of the MIRS booths at the Upazila/Union level.
∎ Support the arrangement and monitoring of the post-song, and ensure the arrangement of art & cultural competitions including the wall painting event at the community level.
∎ Maintain effective communication with the local level stakeholders relevant for project implementation.
∎ Support organization of meetings, seminars, and trainings at the District, Upazila, and Union level and facilitate as required.
∎ Identify and select the vulnerable returnees and internally displaced people, including women, from selected areas and document their information with their consent.
∎ Facilitate proper selection process, screening, and registration of the project beneficiaries and ensure data entry in the recommended information management tools.
∎ Participate in comprehensive training on gender-responsive reintegration counseling including case management and referral mechanism.
∎ Maintain regular liaison, and coordination with the Upazila/Union level administration, elected bodies, and other community-level stakeholders.
∎ Provide counseling to support reintegration planning and refer them to relevant economic, social, and psychosocial services for sustainable reintegration.
∎ Maintain and monitor project-related progress, data, information, and support in the preparation of periodic reports.
∎ Ensure post-referral monitoring and follow of the beneficiaries to ensure access to the services.
∎ Make regular travel/field visits to ensure follow-up support to the project beneficiaries for social & economic (re)integration and assistance to displaced population.
∎ Maintain regular coordination & communication with Local Government, Elites & community level stakeholders.
∎ Ensure communication and visibility of the project as per the implementation plan.
∎ Ensure compliance to the Data Protection Principles.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
