∎ Minimum 1 years of experience in field-based roles, preferably in NGOs or community-based projects;
∎ Prior experience in community mobilization, awareness;
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups;
∎ Proficiency in both Bangla and English (spoken and written);
∎ Competency in MS Office applications and internet;
∎ Must be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
∎ Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the Field Coordinator in the effective implementation of project activities at the grassroots level;
∎ Prepare and execute weekly action plans aligned with project timelines;
∎ Conduct regular field visits; collect relevant documents, data, and prepare comprehensive field reports;
∎ Mobilize community groups and stakeholders to ensure participatory engagement;
∎ Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, awareness campaigns, and other outreach programs;
∎ Support the preparation of periodic progress and evaluation reports;
∎ Liaise with government and non-government organizations, media, local leaders, and community representatives;
∎ Ensure documentation and reporting comply with donor and organizational requirements;
∎ Monitor project impact and suggest improvements to field strategies;
