Education:
∎ Diploma in Architecture, Bachelor/Honors
∎ A diploma in Agriculture, or Livestock or BSc in a relevant subject.

∎ 2-3 years of experience in the livelihood development program, working experience with biodigester installation would be an asset.
∎ Skill and Competencies:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Formation and functioning of Friendship Farmers Club (FFC).
∎ Conduct survey to select the beneficiaries according to the guideline.
∎ Maintain a high degree of financial integrity and accountability and ensure adherence to FRIENDSHIP policies and procedures in program spending and budget monitoring.
∎ Develop a work plan, submit to the Supervisor, and ensure its implementation.
∎ Complete the training schedule and lesson learning session.Ø Organize and facilitate training.
∎ Provide input support to the beneficiaries.
∎ Time to time share new agricultural (Crop, Livestock, and Fisheries) technology with FFC members and motivate them to implement.
∎ Ensure timely submission of weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports to the supervisor.
∎ Community engagement regarding the installation of different renewable energy solutions like biodigester installation.
∎ Documentation and Reporting.
∎ Liaison with the different stakeholders.
∎ Conduct TNA and FINA.
∎ Monitor and supervise the project activities.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the progress of IGA and develop entrepreneur.
∎ Communication and coordination with our internal sector of the organization.
∎ Any other work set by the authority of the Organization.
