Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum of a degree in agriculture or economics or International development, agribusiness or forestry or any other relevant discipline. Master degree will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures technical review and finalization of proposed business plans, linking them to identified value chains.
∎ Ensures that business mentoring and technical monitoring are provided to beneficiaries’ enterprises groups, for sustainability.
∎ Take lead in project planning, budgeting, implementation and monitoring of progress.
∎ Mobilize and facilitate the engagements of stakeholders during planning and development meetings and workshops
∎ Take overall lead in the coordination of field level activities
∎ Develop the farmer's capacity to improve production and productivity of selected enterprises of desired quality by the market through demonstrations to farmer's
∎ Coordinate partners in implementation of agreed action plans.
∎ Ensure Integration of project with other World Vision and governments
∎

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 3 years of relevant professional work experience in project management, Livelihoods and microfinance enterprise development
∎ Writing and reporting skills
∎ Networking and influencing skills
∎ Ability to communicate in applicable local language(s)
∎ Passion for children.
∎ Track record demonstrating high integrity, reliability and dependable
∎ Ability to work with minimal supervision.
∎ Computer literacy, Willing to work in rural places perform other duties as required
∎ Ability to drive motobike with driving licence will add value

Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
