∎ Prospective candidates should have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the transfer-value to ensure its efficacy / relevancy to the current retail price. If transfer-value no longer relevant, revise the transfer-value by engaging relevant stakeholders and revise project budget accordingly.
∎ Ensure reports are sent according to the agreed schedule to donor and other relevant entities.
∎ Collect correct and submit monthly reports to the supervisor on the 30th of each month at the latest.
∎ Follow up with vendors by repeated monitoring to ensure that the food placed at the disposal of vendors are managed and accounted for according to the standards of World Vision and Donor.
∎ Facilitate the implementation and monitoring of voucher programs within the Refugee Communities / designated Camps.
∎ Ensure that the identification and registration of beneficiaries of respective programs in areas of operation are conducted following the prescribed criteria by communities according to donor standards and regulations
∎ Ensure that the commodities are managed and accounted for according to procedures and standards of Donor and World Vision
∎ Manage ad-hoc issues arise from day-to-day project implementation
∎ Perform any other work-related duties assigned by the supervisor
∎ Demonstrate employee competent, punctual and respectful
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Extensive exposure to food aid programs (minimum 3 years)
∎ Knowledge of Commodities standards, Cash / Voucher Based Program standards
∎ Ability to effectively develop rapport and relate to donors, NGOs, counterparts, and government agencies
∎ Must be willing to travel and a flexible approach to living conditions.
∎ Fluency in Bangla, English.
∎ Ability to drive motocycle with driving licence will add value
Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
