Educational Requirements:
∎ H.S.C / Diploma in Electrical/Civil/Agriculture/Graduate from any reputed Educational Institution.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with rural farmers/operators
∎ Collection from pump operators/farmers
∎ Meet up target of service coverage area
∎ Organize farmers/operators meeting
∎ Supervise pump operators activities
∎ Prepare daily/ weekly/ quarterly/monthly/yearly report
∎ Frequently field visit and monitoring.
∎ Any other task is given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Experience is not mandatory but they will get preference.
∎ Capability to drive motorcycle.
∎ Mentality to stay at Upozela area at Northern part of Bangladesh
∎ Mentality to work at rural area/with farmers

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
