Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execution of Marketing/Promotional Activities Like SFM, FM-SFM, FGD, Campaign, DAE Meeting, etc. to increase sales under the guidance of the supervisor.
∎ Achieve the sales target and collection of Bio-products.
∎ Stock Monitoring at Channel Points (Dealers & Retailers) and liquidating the existing stock of bio product.
∎ Branding of the Bio-products through appropriate approaches.
∎ Establish and maintain liaison with the Sub Assistant Agriculture Officer (SAAO) and DAE officials.
∎ Countering Competitors’ Activities on Running Target Crops.
∎ Product Merchandising at Dealers' and retailers’ shops.
∎ Identify the gap/area of improvement & help in dealer setup.
∎ Report to the supervisor as per Policy/Guideline/Field situation.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
