Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is a first-line supervisory job and will lead a sales team of 5-6 Medical Promotion Officers (MPOs).
∎ Monitor the daily tasks & activities of the MPOs.
∎ Work very closely with the team members to develop their skill through coaching.
∎ Motivate and support the team members to achieve target and improve the productivity.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly sales plan and prescription target for each team members.
∎ Design work plan for the field forces to ensure maximum productivity.
∎ Maintain personal relationship with Key Opinion Leader (KOL) of the assigned Area.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years' experience as First-line Manager in any pharmaceutical company.
∎ Hard working and self-motivated with good communication skills.
