Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise a team of six Medical Promotion Officers.
Monitoring daily activities of MPOs and ensure achieving their sales target through generating prescriptions.
Make regular market visits to assess market presence, understand competitor activities, and identify areas for enhancing our sales approach.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales target.
Provide guidance and training to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.
Execute sales campaigns as per marketing plans.
