• Minimum 2-3 years of experience on similar position in a reputed pharmaceuticals company, Animal Health division.

• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skill.

• Strong knowledge on the animal health market.

• Ability to handle pressure.

• Highly motivated and willing to take challenges.

• Monitoring the daily activities of VMR (Veterinary Medical Representative) and reviewing sales performance.

• Conduct regular market visits to check market coverage and competitors’ activities to identify key areas for improvement in the sales process.

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales target.

• Provide guidance and training to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.

• Execute sales campaigns as per plan.

• Visit existing & potential customers to ensure good relations. 

• Any other tasks assigned by the Area Sales Manager.
