∎ Minimum 2-3 years of experience on similar position in a reputed pharmaceuticals company, Animal Health division.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skill.
∎ Strong knowledge on the animal health market.
∎ Ability to handle pressure.
∎ Highly motivated and willing to take challenges.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring the daily activities of VMR and reviewing sales performance.
∎ Conduct regular market visits to check market coverage and competitors’ activities to identify key areas for improvement in the sales process.
∎ Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales target.
∎ Provide guidance and training to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.
∎ Execute sales campaigns as per plan.
∎ Visit existing & potential customers to ensure good relations.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
