Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree preferably in Social Sciences, Social Work with minimum 3 years working experiences in field level activities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with Upazila team.
∎ Establish appropriate networking and advocacy at program area.
∎ Ensure community participation.
∎ Implement activities at field.
∎ Write reports and case studies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The Field Facilitator (FF) will work with the Upazila team to establish appropriate networking and advocacy for effective and collaborative efforts for program sustainability while ensuring community participation.
∎ They will also responsible for implementing activities at field on small group/CBO development, rights, livelihoods, education and empowerment of adolescents etc.
∎ The candidates should have skills on report/cases study writing.
∎ This position has to support the Upazila Coordinator for the management of all project activities of SEEDS at assigned working area.
∎ Competencies in operation of computer will be treated as extra qualification.

Salary: Tk. 17000 (Monthly)

∎ Other facilities will be provided according to project budget.
