Job Context:
∎ POLLISREE is a well reputed national NGO started its work in 1987 and working in 7 Districts of Bangladesh. POLLISREE to implement the Strengthening of resilience and adaptability to climate change in north Bangladesh project in Domar & Dimla Upazila under Nilphamari District which is funded by NETZ-Bangladesh. The project contributes to overcome extreme poverty (SDG-1) and to reducing the vulnerability to the adverse consequences of climate change (SDG-13).
∎ For smooth implement the project POLLISREE is seeking the qualified staffs according to the following conditions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Motivate the village based groups and federations i.e. CBOs in the process of attaining self-reliance of the groups through capacity development of the federations.
∎ Facilitate Union and Upazila federations in taking charges of the groups by following gradual role shifting process.
∎ Provide support to Union and Upazila level to act as interface between community people and local service providers for local development.
∎ Provide support to Union and Upazila federations for developing and implementing their local/livelihood development plans.
∎ Provide support to Union and Upazila federations in utilizing different organization development tools.
∎ Assist in preparation of different reports of the project activities on regular basis as planned and provide information by according to different M&E tools.
∎ Knowledge on climate change and resilience would be preferred.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 40 years
∎ Education qualification will be flexible for vast experience candidate
∎ Have willingness to move by Bi-cycle or Motor cycle
Salary: Tk. 13000 - 16000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
