∎ About the role:
∎ Based in Ukhia, The Field Facilitator will be responsible for organising and facilitating the key activities at the field level under assigned project.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he will play an active role in selection of households as project beneficiaries
∎ s/he will responsible/contribute in different community level assessment conduction
∎ S/he will assist the supervisors of WaSH Plants in plant operations
∎ s/he will maintain coordination between project implementation team and plant operation team
∎ S/he will be responsible to distribute reagents for WaSH facilities
∎ S/he will assist Project Engineer in Facilities repairing, Water/Sludge test conduction including sample collection to test conduction at field level and laboratory level
∎ S/he will assist project Engineer in building capacity of local community and plant operation team in safe water, waste (solid and faecal) disposal and management
∎ S/he will provide critical inputs and opinions to the Project Lead in determining the selection of appropriate technology and work plan of the organization in that region.
∎ S/he will be responsible field level data collection, data compilation and reporting
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven working experience in community mobilisation, field based activities for at least 02 years. Work experience in International development organisations and emergency response will be given preference.
∎ Excellent communication, and employee relation management skills
∎ Familiar with local governance structure in Bangladesh
Salary:
∎ Monthly consolidated BDT 40,000 - 50,000 including all other benefits and allowances. Experienced and skill candidates would be offered with appropriate packages.
