Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Agriculture / Graduate in any discipline (Preferably Master's degree)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement tree plantation, fencing set up, nursery set-up, land preparation for tree plantation
∎ Community, data collection and Community group formation
∎ Facilitate bi-monthly meeting with the community group, follow-up group meeting
∎ Organize training event for beneficiaries
∎ Community action plan, House hold and field visit, follow up & monitoring
∎ Prepare daily report, weekly, monthly report, meeting minutes and Case Study writing
∎ Maintain stock register at field
∎ Prepared bill voucher
∎ Regular communication & coordination with senior management through mobile & internet
∎ Liaison, coordination and network building with Local Government for project stakeholders, civil society & community people
∎ Community Caretaker Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer skills with typing skill both in Bangla and English language will give an extra advantage
∎ Good language skill in Bangla
∎ Good interpersonal skills
