Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to implement activities at the field level as per project plan
∎ Responsible to mobilize grassroots people, conducting community situation analysis and sessions, organize a mass campaign, conducting courtyard meeting and building capacity of the beneficiary.
∎ Responsible for organizing training for community, implementation of project activities including: adequate supports to the target communities; organizing meeting, communicating with target households/communities; assist in preparing budget; assist in organizing workshop, seminar, meeting for program and target beneficiaries and others, observance of days;
∎ Assist to Project Officer to develop report, data, and other relevant information as and when required;
∎ Working for capacity building of target households, community leaders, LGIs etc. on mobilization, knowledge development and information dissemination;
∎ Submit monthly work plan, reports and monitoring reports;
∎ Assist to the Project Officer in documentation; and establishing and maintaining liaison and network including community, LGIs, Union/Upazila level government departments, other organizations and stakeholders;
∎ Undertake other duties as per requirements of the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer skills with typing skill both in Bangla and English language will give extra advantage
∎ Good language skill in Bangla
∎ Good inter personal skills
