Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he will be responsible to implement the field activities as assigned project.
∎ Assistance to Project Manager for project documentation and record keeping.
∎ Formation of community groups and conduction of regular community level meeting.
∎ Work closely with Disaster risk community and enhance their capacity on Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation
∎ S/he will find opportunity to build resilient community by assessing gap/ need, using local resources and establishing connection with Local administration.
∎ Assist the other staffs for achieving the target and project goal and objectives.
∎ Organizing of community level training, workshop, orientation with UP leaders, volunteers, stakeholders and local administration.
∎ To collect field data and relevant information through field visit and dialogue with stakeholders.
∎ To prepare case study, monthly, quarterly, annual report both narrative and formative.
∎ Maintaining of liaison with local elites, local administration and other GO, NGOs.
∎ Assistance to group/committee in various Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate change issues where it is applicable.
∎ Organize distribution of DRR tools, livelihood assets or any other materials if necessary.
∎ To organize relief distribution and prior activities like assessment of affected families etc. during flood and any disaster affect.
∎ To assist Project manager for maintaining financial record.
∎ The other tasks will be accomplished subject to project necessary and supervisor's requirement.
Salary: Negotiable
