Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master's Degree in any discipline or specialization in Development Studies / Social Work / Business Administration / Commerce / International Relations preferred. Certification / Experience in Grants Management would be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and Coordinate all the EFSP interventions that are implemented in the Camps /similar administrative areas.
∎ Develop annual project activity plans, updated quarterly in collaboration with key departments and external stakeholders, and oversee implementation to high standards by scope and timelines
∎ Mobilizes and guides the beneficiaries to form Saving groups, home gardening groups, business development groups, i.e. establishing the leadership structure, constitutions, by-laws, registration with the Government system.
∎ Mobilizes field Project officers to carry out the Complementary Food Vouchers, Community Kitchens and Skills Trainings for the targeted beneficiaries groups and build their capacity through mentoring and coaching.
∎ Organizing weekly field planning meetings with Project officers to guide routine implementation
∎ Guides together with Field Officers, Trainer of Trainers through long learning programs/activities.
∎ Plans for and implements project activities;
∎ Organize quarterly review meetings for partners and communities at the project sites to reflect on programmes/projects approaches, tools, impact of interventions, best practices, exit and sustainability strategies as well as create spaces and opportunities for action-learning and debate
∎ Ensure Integration of EFSP project with other World Vision and governments
∎ Under the supervision of Project Manager, CiC, Site Management, UN Agencies, Development Partners Refugees representatives, and relevant Govt. Depts. /Units. Sectoral Focal in ensuring that emergency food security and development intervention strategies are targeted to the appropriate target beneficiaries.
∎ Writes and submits comprehensive monthly progress reports, and specific activity reports, and any other reports when necessary to his/her supervisor in a timely manner.
∎ Reporting - monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including realization of activities versus budget utilization; (Providing input to) narrative and financial programme reporting;
∎ Annual review of progress towards project objectives;
∎ Take lead in documentation and sharing of Impact/success stories and best practices to promote learning.
∎ To co-ordinate and foster relations with other World Vision Programs in the Refugee Community as to ensure proper allocation and sharing of resources.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Extensive exposure to Food Security / Community Development Programs (minimum 7 years) with 3 years' experience in a Managerial role.
∎ Knowledge of operations, preferably within Refugees and Fragile Context.
∎ Experience in Project Management, reporting, resource tracking, monitoring etc.
∎ Proven organizational planning and managerial skills
∎ Demonstrate ability in the design and effective use of training materials
∎ Stays open to internal and external feedback
∎ Finds fulfilment in work through creativity, risk taking, initiative, and innovation, and encourages the same in colleagues.
∎ Ability to supervise and mentor subordinates
∎ Ability to work under minimum supervision
∎ In-depth knowledge of community development
∎ Report writing skills and computer knowledge
∎ Well-developed stakeholder networking skills.
∎ Ability to communicate in local language (dialect) would add value.
∎ Ability to drive motorcycle with driving licence will add value
Salary: Tk. 120000 (Monthly)
