Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree preferably in Social Science.
∎ Educational qualification can be relaxed in case of outstanding experience in field work with tea workers and their communities.

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Nature of job: Contractual and full-time
∎ Duration: Maximum 12 months
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with participants of training and the communities they come from.
∎ Participate in research, FGDs, KIIs, survey and case documentation.
∎ Coordinate with the government and non-government organizations that work with the tea workers and their communities
∎ Assist the project officer and programme lead in organizing trainings and other events.
∎ Assist in monitoring the progress of the project activities.
∎ Assist in the preparation of progress report of the project activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in field research, case documentation, writing, and organizing FGDs, KIIs and running life skills sessions.
∎ Special instruction: Female candidates from among the tea communities will be preferred in selection.
∎ Experience requirements: At least 3 year(s)
∎ Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Two bonuses equivalent to one month salary.
