Job Responsibilities:

∎ Key Result #1: Provide leadership in Field Administration, support the Medical and CHW teams in field operations and maintenance
∎ The post holder is responsible for providing leadership in field administrations, maintenance and ensure supplies for smooth program operations in the field for JRRP
∎ Support the Medical team and the overseeing all field facilities, in close coordination CHW and Logistics leads
∎ Support the Field Administration Offices in the management and coordination of Rohingya volunteers
∎ Ensure that all tracking mechanisms, processes and SOPs are correctly developed and implemented in the field
∎ Coordinate and monitor field payments
∎ Ensure security procedures are in place in the facilities jointly (evacuation plans etc.) and track and report security incidents in the camp in close collaboration with the Security Officer
∎ Help develop and implement contingency plans when necessary
∎ Represent regular/weekly Rohingya Program Coordination meetings;(for national staff.)
∎ Manage the field administration and maintenance financial budget and insuring adherence to the established budget and all financial policies
∎ Establish, coordinate, and maintain relationships with Rohingya stakeholders, and; local stakeholders
∎ Key Result #2: Coordinate with the management of the field team
∎ Develop and implement regular work plans for the Field Maintenance and Administration Team
∎ Provide support with monitoring and adjusting the budget
∎ Prepare, Collect, compile, check and approve relevant reports
∎ Support the Program Operations in overseeing field needs and
∎ Key Result #3: Represent JRRP and communicate with external actors
∎ Represent and at times act as the Field Coordinator in any forum including meeting with government official (CIC, RRRC) donors, partners and other Bangladeshi authorities
∎ Liaise with Site Management and camp authorities by attending coordination meetings, when necessary directly interacting with these authorities, recording and acting on their demands
∎ Ensure communication and liaison with other health partners in the camp by maintaining meeting calendar and providing relevant updates on JRRP and partners’ activities in coordination meetings
∎ When necessary, attend leadership meetings in the office and in the field in order to ensure coordination with other departments

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years

∎ Sound in MS Office
∎ Comfortable and persuasive when speaking before both large and small groups
∎ Cox's Bazar local language proficiency
