Responsibilities & Context:

Client Communication (Over Phone):

  • Communicate with potential and existing customers over phone calls in a professional and polite manner.

  • Convince clients/customers about the company’s services and solutions.

  • Identify client needs and provide accurate information to create interest in company products/services.

  • Arrange meetings with clients through effective persuasion and follow-up calls.

Client Meetings (Physical):

  • Meet clients at their office or arrange meetings at the company office.

  • Present company services, discuss client requirements, and build trust-based relationships.

  • Negotiate and convince clients to finalize projects or services with the company.

  • Maintain a professional, confident, and elegant outlook during face-to-face meetings.

Business Development & Project Acquisition:

  • Generate leads through communication and networking.

  • Convert potential clients into long-term business partners.

  • Follow up with prospective customers until projects are closed.

  • Work with the sales/management team to prepare proposals and ensure successful deal closures.

Client Relationship Management & After-Sales Service:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

  • Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Handle client feedback, resolve service-related issues, and escalate where necessary.

  • Regularly update CRM or client database with communication and meeting details.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, marketing) to meet customer requirements.

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on client communications, meetings, and project updates.

  • Achieve individual and team targets set by management.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management to ensure smooth client servicing.


Special Conditions (For Female CRO):

  • Candidates must be ready to join from 1st September.

  • Candidates must wear corporate formal western modern dress (Shirt/Top, Formal Pant/Skirt, Blazer, Formal Shoes).
