Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for delivering services in large number of BQT events and other F&B outlets as and when necessary under the guidance of F&B Service Manager/ BQT Operation Manager.
∎ Setting table and serving food & Beverages and clearing in accordance with Radisson standards.
∎ Deliver services as per Banquet Event Orders
∎ Exhibit knowledge of all items on the menu and with professional service manners.
∎ Supporting other colleagues to meet and exceed guest's expectations.
∎ Ensuring guests are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy.
∎ Ensuring quick, efficient & friendly service at all times.
∎ Checking BEOs, all logs, diary and other paperwork including opening and closing procedures meetings and events
∎ Maintains personal grooming and Food Hygiene at all times

Workplace:
