Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop creative and innovative designs for new apparel collections.
- Research current fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and trims.
- Create sketches, mood boards, and tech packs for production teams.
- Coordinate with merchandising and production departments to ensure design accuracy.
- Select appropriate materials and accessories for new styles.
- Review samples and make necessary adjustments before bulk production.
- Ensure all designs align with brand standards and buyer requirements.
- Visit factories when necessary to monitor prototype and production progress.
