Responsibilities & Context:
- Record daily accounting vouchers, journal entries & ledger posting.
- Maintenance of petty cash, cash book, bank book, general ledger & different registers related to finance.
- Maintain customer accounts reconciliation and passing of bills.
- Prepare the monthly & quarterly cash flow statement.
- Maintain monthly bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly vat documents and submit to vat office.
- Deal with accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist accounting team in budgeting, cost analysis and financial planning activities.
- Preparation of financial statement and necessary reports (monthly/ quarterly/Annually) as required by the management.
- Dealing with bank and other financial institution related affairs.
- Analyze and control the daily expenditure.
