We are excited to announce that we are opening our new business wing at BESI Private Limited, focusing on "Fashionable Dress and Export-Oriented Dress." We are looking for a talented and experienced Fashion Designer to join our team and lead the way in creating trendy, high-quality fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop fashion-forward apparel that aligns with current trends and market demands.
- Provide creative direction and leadership to the design team, ensuring cohesive and innovative collections.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are translated accurately and efficiently into final products.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques.
- Oversee the entire design process from concept to final product, ensuring high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
