1. Proven experience as a Fashion Designer in the apparel industry.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and trendy designs.
3. Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and manufacturing processes.
4. Ability to lead and inspire a team of designers.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop fashion-forward apparel that aligns with current trends and market demands.
2. Provide creative direction and leadership to the design team, ensuring cohesive and innovative collections.
3. Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are translated accurately and efficiently into final products.
4. Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques.
5. Oversee the entire design process from concept to final product, ensuring high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
